In 2006, The International Association of Chemical Manufacturers (AICM) introduced the road Safety Quality Assessment System (RSQAS) into China, and Beifang Storage and Transportation Group took the lead in completing the RSQAS system assessment as a third-party logistics enterprise.

In 2019, AICM partnered with the National Dangerous Goods Road Transport Alliance (DGTAC) to upgrade RSQAS to The Chemical Road Transport Safety Assessment System (CRSAS).

Beifang Storage and Transportation Group will continue to follow the leading idea of "safety first, prevention being the key and comprehensive treatment" to promote the safety management level of hazardous chemical road transportation, reduce the risk of chemical transportation process and promote the progress of the industry.
